Comes very well packaged with cold packs. Good tasting cheese. Must be properly stored to avoid mold.

Shipping not so good
Arrived late and was cheese and only came with 2 small cold packs in a regular USPS box. Cheese was not cool when it arrived. Expected some sort of insulated shipping box.

People ordering it on here don't even know what they are ordering. Its not creamy ricotta you put in lasagna. Its a salty cheese for grating that you use in pasta a la Norma.
