A simple solution to a common problem in almost every gym with climbing ropes. When an athlete gets half way up the rope the bottom of the rope becomes a whizzing projectile whacking anything within a 8 foot radius of the rope. Just attach the hook and loop keeper to the climbing rope at ground level and set the sandbag a foot or two away from the bottom of the rope and you're set. Not only does the rx rope tether tame the bottom of the rope but you can position the sandbag so that it adds a little tension to assist new climbers with their foot lock on the rope. The convenient carry handle makes each rx sandbag tether easy to carry and can be used for other weighted exercises in place of dumbells and kettlebells.
