Is this product assembled with the brake line as well? If so, are they prebled?

It is no fully assembled. The line is connected to the brake caliper housing and pre bled, but with the hose being fairly long you may need to trim before connecting to the pre bled brake lever and housing. All parts necessary are included. But you will need to buy a Shimano bleed kit if you do not already own one.
