Perfect microwave kiln for pottery
Love this little kiln. I've fired dozens of small items and tiles in it and it's produced beautiful results. It actually fits in my super small microwave while allowing me to make 2" pieces. I upgraded to this one after buying the super small one which kept exploding all of my clay and so glad I did. I pre-heat it for 1 min and pre-heat the tile in my regular oven on 200F before firing and it turns out great every time. No more destroyed pieces!

JUNK!!!
I got the kiln and a brand new Emerson microwave for my daughter for her 6th birthday. When the kiln came, we decided to try it out before I gave it to her. The kiln was trash. It had impurities in it of some kind. it was a red grease that seeped out during the first run and ruined the turntable and the kiln as now the kiln has a huge charred chunk in the bottom. Also, the materials we heated never got hot. Upon closer inspection, the coating they use on the inside is cracked and it won't heat up. 1. Impurities that ruined my brand new microwave turntable. 2. Impurities ruined brand new kiln by burning the bottom. 3. Kiln has massive crack on the coating and doesn't retain heat enough to work properly. This is trash and a massive let down for a heartbroken 6 year old girl.

LARGE basic microwave kiln
I ordered large because the small one I originally got has wear and I'm also really wanting to work on bigger projects. Well! This one did not disappoint, it is enormous! It's otherwise exactly the same a smaller models a very very basic microwave kiln nothing fancy but it works. It doesn't come with instructions or glass etc so be advised you will need to figure out how to use it and get materials on your own. Overall though decent quality for the price.

Good for small projects.
I have not used it yet. All I can find are small pieces and wands of the right glass. The smallest square is 4" if a person wants to build on a platform and it does not fit. Waiting to hear back from the seller if they know where I can get glass squares that fit the micro-kiln.

Works with a 700 Watt Microwave
I took a gamble as I have a smaller, 700 W microwave, and it still works incredibly well! We've been using it all day and the pieces fire great. Our firing cycle for COE 96 glass: 5 min, rest 1 min 5 min, rest 1 min 4-8 min (depending on glass thickness), remove from microwave, let cool for 30-45 min You can safely peek at your glass to see if its fully fused when its at its hottest (use gloves), but once it starts cooling down, let it cool all the way, we already cracked one pendant because we were impatient about the cooling process. Really impressed with how well this works, its great to be able to do fused glass for jewelry at home.

3 cracks appeared after first use
I had a great time using it however. Made 9 raku pendants but when I was cleaning everything up I noticed 3 cracks (see video) I am so disappointed. Maybe it was thermal shock I did hear some popping noises after I was finished and the kiln was sitting on the table. Not sure how you would cool it slowly. No directions xame with it. I am very familiar with raku and have done it on large scale pieces in a regular raku kiln. I guess I will have to buy a new one. I'm past the return period

Good Price. Cheaply made
It's from China. Get what you pay for. Good Price. Cheaply made. Arrive earlier the expected. Some small part fell off. don't think it will effect the kilns working. Inside coating a little thin. Takes a long time to get the glass to fuse. Still working on it. Over all not bad. Just don't drop it.
