What is the scorched rice function?

When you Cook the rice. Bottom part become crispy n crunch. In Korea we just eat like that or use that part separately n dry more n eat later for snack. Most of ppl including me.. I take that bottom part n put water I put 2,3times more of the amount of crispy rice n I make porridge like.. some ppl calls rice crispy tea but it all up to you that how much you put water to cook. But it’s so tasty! N it digest to your stomach really good.
