Good product with short shelf life
Unique flavor, but unfortunately low shelf life. Fun for a different experience. Quite a thin liquid.

This is basically Worcestershire sauce
This is basically like Lea and Perrin's sauce - vinegary, liquid not thick. I was expecting a mushroom flavor but though this tastes good you may as well buy Lea and Perrins's as it's nearly the same taste.

Acceptable flavor
Different flavor, more like a Worcestershire sauce but not a s strong. I prefer it on steaks and hamburgers. Haven't tried it on fries yet.

Taste like soy sauce and is thin, not ketchup
I was expecting a thick sauce with the name “ketchup” in the title. I imagined a type of thick steak sauce type flavor with the name. Instead this is extremely thin and soy is the main ingredient. I believe the ingredients only had 3% mushroom powder in it. It is too expensive to replace standard soy sauce. It did NOT taste bad, but did not taste anything like “mushrooms” or “ketchup”.

This is a game changer. Simply add a couple of spoons to a casserole and you’ll transform your dish with full flavours. Really takes food to the next level! (Don’t focus on the word ‘ketchup’, this is actually closer to the consistency of soy sauce.)

Liquid mushroom sauce rather than ketchup.

I searched everywhere for this sauce because I use it a lot. Sainsburys stopped doing it a while ago and nowhere else seemed to stock it. So I was pleased when I found it on Amazon as otherwise I was going to have to go to the faff of making my own. Anyway, this has a lovely flavour and you don't need much. I use it for mushrooms on toast or for putting an few drops in the mushrooms I cook for an omelette. But the possibilities are endless for a keen cook and a bottle lasts for ages. 5 stars.
