Hi dear. This should simply clip into your existing doors and then you push the full plastic section until it clips into the top or bottom track depending on how you are using it. See this video on how to remove and replace the part

Anyone able to tell me is it easy to fit?

Yes! Very easy to fit - just clips in so ne need to remove door from bottom runners.and It just slides in you may have to bend the arms a little it's the reverse of taking the original one out make sure it's the right one as there are different types! This sliding wardrobe door parts has stopped my wardrobe door flapping about

Are these left and right handed ？

I pretty sure you can use them on either side of the door,These parts are universal
