Does this computer ring light work well with a pc webcam? if so, how to install the computer camera?

By Stalker US Seller on August 29, 2022

Does this light have have to be charged before it will remain on? I turn it on and it immediately goes off.

it should be on when it is plugged in. no charge is needed and it doesn't hold any charge when not plugged in.

plugged wire into USB port on laptop but light doesn't come on - is there something else I should be doing?

Im no techy but make sure you are using the correct port on your laptop. Some devices don't work on all of those outlets. I've plugged mine into a battery with a USB outlet.

Will the light illuminate a subject that is about 3 feet away?

Yes, that is a perfect distance. I use this light when doing zoom meetings and it makes a big difference. There are 3 light frequencies so you can choose the light color that works best for you. It was a great find and works well.
