Turn Bluetooth off/on, restart phone, clear cache. Press Connect button first—or only “vLinker MC-iOS” appears(NOT compatible). Search “vLinker MC-Android”, pair with 1234. Windows PCs without Bluetooth need a USB Bluetooth adapter(4.0+ recommended).

What should I do if the device fails after a firmware update?

Device ships with latest firmware. A failed/interrupted update can cause malfunction. If device becomes unresponsive: 1) Unplug it, then reconnect. 2) Turn on phone Bluetooth. 3) Re-enter app update section. 4) Complete update without interruption.
