Nice product ,worth the price
The product is as expected and worth the price. Just a little tap leakage problem ,but it can be fixed easily.

Good product....nice finish...only one thing...the tap was leaking...but you can fix it yourself with minor efforts...not a big drawback....glad with the purchase.

It's actually better than expected
Very well packed. No dents. Good quality. Looks really well. Must buy. Drinking water in copper vessels has many health benefits. Bought this as a gift for my grandmother.

Leaky tap and product not authentic.
I had lots of hopes from this product when I first purchased it. Here is my complete analysis and review of the product- 1.) Dispenser is not completely 5 litres, its less than 5L. 2.) The inside of the Dispenser was scratched out completely and looks like a used one. 3.) I do not care much about the appearance if the product is working as expected, but to my surprise It was leaking and i had no choice but to return the product. 4.) Build and packaging of the product was satisfactory. Wasn't disappointed. Overall wouldn't recommend anyone for it.

the quality isn't as good as I expected.. its full of scratches which will be visible after a couple of days use n wash.. the polish has been used to camouflage the scratches.. otherwise its a ok kind of product. no leakage.. light weight.. easy to clean n refill.. but not satisfied with the overall quality

Good for basic use
The container is good, compact in shape and fits great in a small kitchen. Stand and glass too are good. However, the tap provided is of plastic and feels low quality. While fixing it tight, i was a little worried it may break off. Also the tap leaks a bit thru the outlet even when fastened tight.
