Usb ports are ins not outs you can get an external hard drive docking hub and it connects into your computer usb and then you can take the hard drive out of the old computer you will need a pin cover to make it a slave hard drive there also maybe a program wizzard that might do it usb to usb check with computer store

i'm not an expert on leg messagers but I will say that you need a USB-C type. You have to check what type of connection the leg messager needs and go from there. There are alot of adaptors out there(Anker is one of the best). Make sure it will charge your leg messager. Hope this helps
