This is a great Bakewell tart flavoured Keto bar. Good size. The texture reminds me of pastry. My new favourite treat! I found out recently that I can't eat gluten. I wanted to stay on Keto but a lot of the shop bought keto products still have added gluten. I didn't want to eat GF bread and cakes as they're not the best for you. So this is a really welcome selection of keto treats. 💗

These are incredibly tasty. There is no way you would even suspect that these were Keto friendly. They taste extremely naughty! I have bought them a few times but the price is too high. It's going to stop more people trying them which could eventually result in a larger customer base which could reduce the price for everybody. Bloody lovely though.

The texture is that of a crumbly shortbread, I end up covered in crumbs when I eat one. Flavour is good, not quite a cherry bakewell but not unpleasant. It is a biscuit without icing or jam. They are filling and are excellent in terms of the Keto diet, though they don’t give a net carb value they say it is below 3g. Overall I would say these are good, a little on the expensive side but perfect as a snack on the Keto diet.

When on Keto it’s always difficult to find something when you have that sweet craving. These are ideal for those moments and taste really good. Not an item for every day consumption as they aren’t cheap, but they certainly will fill you up! I’ve been so impressed with the flavour profile that I just ordered two more boxes of other flavours to try.

It’s a bit like a dry, soft, crumbly flapjack. Taste is ok but not great, don’t know why the average score is over 4 stars, it’s a 3 at best. I wouldn’t buy again, expensive too!

Trued the Banana Bread which was good, but a little dry in consistency. This one Cherry Bakewell is absolutely delicious. With a Keto cake snack bar this good why would you ever need to eat carb filled cake. This is a must. Can’t wait to try the Lemon and poppyseed next.

In the best traditions of a wholesome British biscuit, these bars are thick and crumbly. Don't eat them slouching on the couch or you'll need the mini-hoover to clean up afterwards. The flavour is great. Very moreish and a nice balanced sweetness. I've been on Keto for 6 months and can find that Erythritol can often produce a "cold" sensation in the mouth, but these have nicely balanced their ingredients for an enjoyable treat. I look forward to trying the other varieties.

The side of the box clearly advertises themselves as 3g "net" carbs, in nice big lettering. and they market themselves as keto. In very tiny letter it then says... "We have estimated this by subtracting carbs derived from polyols (eryhritol and xylitol) within our bags from the total carbohydrate content. sugar alcohols do not have a major effect on blood sugar and insulin levels, but individual responses may vary." So ignoring their claim about sugar alcohols, the total carbs per bar is actually 13grams. These seemed to knock me out of ketosis. I changed nothing else in my diet, had been in ketosis happily for a few weeks. Had one of these, according to their claims of 3grams, I would have been at 19grams of total carbs for the day, which is inline with my normal 20gram max. I'd steer clear for anyone that wants to actually stay in ketosis.
