I have had a heel fx repair with fusion. Thus, I am in a walking cast for 6 more weeks. Will this wedge's work with a walking cast?

Its been more than 48 hours and still hasn't expanded fully. Can I put it in the dryer on air fluff?

I suppose you could try. Mine puffed up quickly. The other option is to return it and it and get another one that may puff up better.

Can you sit in a chair and use this w/o getting lower back pain?
