the size chart in the pictures States a size 24 will fit a 27 waist is this correct?

This chart is so off! My son’s is 12 and his waist is 27 inches. I bought a size 24. When it arrived, I found size 24 is barely as wide as my palm. So I exchanged a size 30 but it still didn’t fit.

No, they’re not high wasted though quality is inconsistent. Recent purchases exact same jammies didn’t last long, even a hole in the last pair after one wear showed up. I started seriously questioning quality of speedo swim trunks:-(

No, if you sit on sand you will get sand in.
