I need to practice, so far (3 days), I have not been able to kick up into handstand. It feels strong and stable though.

I absolutely love Krixstix. They are incredibly versatile and help me with so many different aspects of my practice. As a devoted Ashtangi, I find my shoulders get incredibly tight from all of the arm-work. The default position with Krixstix does wonders for that issue. I would recommend Krixstix to anyone, whether they're a beginner or a seasoned veteran.

I didn't purchase through Amazon, but couldn't believe when I saw this here! I absolutely love my Krikstix. I'm terrible about going to the gym, so its great to have something at home I can use to help me get deeper into my stretches. It also disassembles easily for taking on trips.
