I know the brand has added white ball tips to the ends of each pin. The picture above shows the pins without the tips. Which one do we recieve?

We do NOT have white ball tips at the end of each pin - you just need to be careful with the brush.

What are the actual dimensions of the large brush pad. I have an old large version and pad edge to edge is 4.5 inches

One of the largest one I have is 3.5 W × 1.75 L just for the pad dimension. Total length, including handle is 6.35.

What are the dimensions of the brush head?

the steel back is 2" x 4-3/8" the brush area is 1-1/4" x 3-3/4"
