What is the sodium concentration level of this saline wash?

This product is 'Hypertonic' as opposed to 'isotonic, or 'normal saline. This means that it draws fluid out of tissues at a much higher and stronger rate. I prefer normal saline.

Does this reduce swollen nasal membranes?

Our Sinex Saline can be used to help moisten dry nasal passages and quickly flush out allergens, dust, and irritants to help decongest a stuffy nose and help clear nasal congestion associated with colds and year-round allergies. The Vicks Team

Is oxymetazoline the active ingredient?

Our Sinex Saline Nasal Mist is drug free and doesn't contain any medication. It's a hypertonic saline formula that contains 2% sodium chloride which can be used as often as needed, day or night. Are you supposed to sniff and breathe in the product after spraying?

Directions should be on the can. But yes...spray and sniff...during spraying, after spraying, your preference I suppose
