Reapper™ Jr Hot Sauce 5 oz

I'm a hot sauce nut. I have 16 bottles open in my fridge right now, and another 20-ish on standby in the pantry. This is definitely a top five for me. I just picked up a bottle with few expectations, and was overwhelmed. It has a light smoky, earthy, pleasant undertone to it. There's some citrus and fruit, with a mellow but certainly obvious heat to it. But it's flavor-forward, not heat-forward like the junk with distilled additives in it.While it's not for the timid, the heat is not overbearing and goes away in a reasonable time.

Wasn't hot

Perfect amount of gear with some depth to the taste... Little garlic flavor to it. Love to put it on everything!
