This is not a style of utensil we are used to. Use various wood Japanese-style chopsticks all the time, but we were a little afraid these would be difficult, as some have reported. Not so, at least for us. The flat profile of the sticks make them sit very stable in the hand, and even the most slippery noodles are not too challenging. I don't see the need for some kind of texturing of the tips myself. And, the spoons have kind of become my favorites. In contrast to most western spoons, the tip of these is flatter, so that it's easier to scoop food straight than from the side, if that makes any sense. Been through the dishwasher a few times, in fine shape. Holding up well. Yeah, I like 'em.

The tip of the spoon is kind of sharp. I'm a little worried about cutting my tongue on the tip. The tip of the chopsticks are a little rough also. But for price it's fine.

I learned how to use chopsticks while in Korea. These are a flat design as opposed to the more common round or square chopsticks. I find this a comfortable option which gives better control while dining. As for the spoons? I find the longer handle comfortable. It lends itself to a nice compromise between serving and dining. Perfect for soup, cereal, or any other fare a bit too small or runny for chopsticks. As for the quality of the product? The metal is decent, and they're good for simple dining. There's no filigree or intricate design, just straightforward chopsticks and spoons. Personally, I like them for every day use. I have more elaborate sets for fine dining when I want to show off, but I have no hesitation in serving guests with these.

i never realized these were korean chopsticks.. korean chopsticks are flat so that means itll be tougher to use however i had no problem 😌 theres no metal taste in my mouth i was dishes by hand and i ate buldak ramen w tons of cheese and the cheese came off easily on these chopsticks🙈 im highly satisfied

Haven't used them yet. They look nice, have a nice weight to them and are easy to wash... just wish the chopsticks had the groove at th tip to prevent food slipping.
