Okay, but didn't help with constipation for me!
These are okay I guess, but the reason I didn't give it a 4 or 5 star is other probiotics that I have used helped me with a constipation problem and these didn't. Who knows though, they may have been doing other good things I don't know about? So don't let my 3 star review keep you from trying them.
