Does the kit come with the extension for a power drill for the laping tool?

Yes, my kit came with the extension. It about 6 inches long, with a spring at one end to buffer the torque. I believe you can see it in the picture.

Does this come with a hard case?

Mine came with a nice, fitted hard case.

Does the 1 kit come with tools for both 1 inch and 30 mm or do you need to purchase a specific kit?

It comes with just about all you would need for 1" and 30mm scope mounting. The leveling kit is a great feature to have and this kit includes it. Also the torque driver is actually good quality. I have used this kit multiple times and would definitely recommend.

Would this kit be useful with the one piece mount, or is it not needed? i have the dnz game reaper mount for a remington 700.

This kit is necessary if you want to lap your rings which I recommend unless you are using vertically split rings such as Warne Rings. The other items in the kit are useful in the mounting process such as the torque screwdriver and the levels.
