Spring Valley - Biotin 1000 mcg, 150 Tablets

I was trying to make my hair grow & was told to try this as a cheaper option to hairfinity. I started with the 500mcg, once a day with a lot of water, after a month & 1/2 I increased to 2 a day then 3 a day till the bottle ran out, then I got this bottle & did the same thing. I a day then 2 a day, then 3. I definitely saw in increase in the growth. I could never get my hair much further past my shoulders but this really gave me some extra length fairly quickly. The downside was all my hair grew faster meaning I had to shave, pluck & dye my hair more often. I didn't notice my hair being any thinker although a friend taking said her already think hair was growing thicker. I did notice that if I did not take with a lot of water or with food. My stomach would feel queasy. My friend also mentioned her nails growing faster but I didn't feel like my nails grew any faster or stronger either. I didn't pay attention before but I have been getting complements on my long eyelashes that I have never gotten before. I will definitely be purchasing again.

For the price and quality, Spring Valley's Biotin is my primary choice. The size of the soft gel is easy to swallow and doesn't irritate a chronically dry throat. I will continue to purchase this product.

I went through cancer treatment and afterwards my hair nails and skin were in terrible condition. Nothing worked; I couldn't grow my nails, my hair looked horrible no matter how much I conditioned it or what beautician I went to and my skin didn't look the same no matter how much time and care I put into it. I have to say that my nails are so strong, my hair looks better than its looked since before I had treatment and I have seen Improvement in my skin. I would definitely recommend this product.

I've been using this biotin for over a month now & slowly my hair is starting to grow again in length. Sadly it hasn't really made my nails grow as fast, but then again I am happy the length of my hair is growing out nicely again. In the past I've used biotin for my hair and nails and during one winter my hair grew out 4 inches in length, which for me does not happen on its own. My hair also looks healthier and shiny with biotin. One bottle goes a long way for me, so I am happy with this purchase. I take only 1 a day, and these thankfully are small just a little bigger than a baby aspirin

I would strongly recommend this product if you are struggling in growing your nails or hair. I’ve purchased this item before but this was my first time purchasing it through Amazon and I love it. I have had a great experience with using these supplements, healthy/fuller hair and my nails are growing so much faster and healthier!
