what kind of restrictor plate does it come with (as in shape)

Mine came with a rectangular plate installed but it also came with an octagonal restrictor plate which I swapped in. A few screws and it was fixed.

Does this joystick work for games like pacman, donkeykong, galaga, or mario bros.?

I just bought it and it works for galaga Miss Pac-Man and dig n dug .and of course it's excellent for samurai shodown in Street fighter. Just make sure you plug the controller a joystick into the machine first and then put in your PS4 or Xbox controller into the joystick itself and use the Xbox or PS4 controller to set up the game but play the game with the big joystick

Is this compatible with windows 10?

Yea it works fine with street fighter v. I'm running it on windows 10 now
