Good value for money

Every year I get a notebook like this. I have other notebooks for other things, but I always have a daily driver. For many years, that was a Leuchtturm1917. And one year I couldn't get the colour I wanted with dotted paper, so I went looking for an alternative. I've never looked back. Let me be honest. In my eyes, this is just a knock-off of Leuchtturm1917. And it's not a Leuchtturm - it's like 20% less good in every way—the spine is a tiny bit mushier, the cover material is just slightly softer, and the pages aren't quite as thin or as light or as smooth. But here's the thing - you're getting 80% of a leuchtturm for 25% of the cost. For the money, these are awesome. I keep forgetting how cheap they are, because you get them in packs of two. It feels like stealing. My comments would be exactly the same if they cost twice as much. They don't bleed, hold up to a bashing, have almost all the little features I loved from Leuchtturm, and come with a pen sleeve so I don't have to buy one separately. I don't know how other people judge notebooks, but I write exclusively with fountain pens, so I have to be picky with my paper, and these do the trick.

Good quality hard-backed journal ideal for bullet journaling with elastic string secure fastener and two nylon string placeholders and an elastic pen holder. The pages are thick enough to leave no trace or bleed through to other side. However, the printed dots appear clearer in photos and in reality are very light and harder to see so I shall deduct a star for this, because it is important particularly when you are drawing lines or shapes. It contains an Index, numbered pages and a small envelope to keep things inside the back cover, which is a nice touch. Other similar but more expensive journals may have clearer dots and stickers to mark sections but this is still of a high quality and excellent value for money.

The pages are really good quality, I is nice to write on them, it doesn't matter with a pen or a pencil the ink doesn't transfer to the other side. I also like that it has the 2 first pages to list the content in the notebook.

It’s a nice notebook but it ghosts even when only pencil is used. Is not great for bullet journaling at all due to the bleeding and ghosting. Will not be purchasing again.

I've been using these as journals and I really like them. They feel great, the paper quality is good and feels fine to write on. More than happy.

Muy buen producto, hojas gruesas

Sus hojas no son muy absorbentes, que puede servir para escribir, solo hay que tener cuidado en esperar que seque la tinta. No me gustó que los puntos son demasiados claros. La comoré pir tener los ountos como referencia para sketches, pero son casi imposibles de ver, así que no me sirvieron

These are well made products. The quality is great and ink doesn't bleed through. They're beautiful with a food feel to them when writing inside. I need to do more writing to see how long it lasts.
