great
These are great! It's amazing how they have made this vegan product taste so much like real eggs. The option to toast the patties and throw them onto a breakfast sandwich works well.

close to an omelette and taste good even if taste is a bit different
These have the texture of a stiff omelette, maybe one with several extra egg whites. The flavor is not quite eggs, but it is close. With cheese on top, they really taste like a cheese omelette. I will get them again.

Turn these 4 into 8, and then it's worth what you pay
I love Just Egg, hate their prices. This folded egg in particular, I love because when you heat (no cooking required) it to the right temperature; it's heaven on bread or bagel. It has the texture, consistency, taste (not eggy but familar to it), and even a scent similar to egg. It more than replaces the real thing. The trick is to make thses 4 into *8. They come in a big enough size that you just break in half and it'll still be suitable for your meal. I would give it a 4.5 (on sale) lol *JUST EGG- Please do not use this as a excuse to make them smaller

Clever invention
I couldn’t wait to try these but stores have been selling out since they came out. So I’m late to the party. They’re a little tough for my taste, and not really seasoned straight out the package. I always add spices to my food anyway so that’s not a problem. First time, I just put them in a cast iron skillet as is. Didn’t really like them, the consistency was not good and they tasted like paste. And they stuck to the skillet. Second time, I “scrambled” them and added smoked salt and a bit of turmeric, and finished off the cooking with a splash of almond milk. This was so much better. They got a little hard on the bottom in the cast iron skillet, but adding the milk made them creamier and easier to remove. They were tasty and the consistency didn’t bother me like before. But still not perfect. Third time, I went all out. Added the turmeric and smoky salt again, but added about 1/2 block of extra firm tofu, chopped it up really well, and cooked it that way. Added the almond milk again and these were perfect! For me at least. Right before becoming vegan, eggs really bothered me, so my goal here wasn’t to have them taste similar. I didn’t attempt to use the black salt because I just didn’t want the sulfur smell at that time. I may try in the future, who knows. I’ll continue to cook them the 3rd way unless I find another satisfying option. I recommend, just go in knowing that you have to really work with them to make them right for yourself.

Wonderful Egg Alternative
I love these. Wish the price was a little lower. It’s great to have something that tastes better than eggs, is not eggs, so you don’t get grossed and nauseous if you stop to think what it is - the way you do with eggs. It is neat and clean and easy to heat in a pan. It’s made of mung beans! Just Egg Folded is better than Just Egg liquid in my book, because it’s not so messy. The liquid version mostly gets stuck to the pan, and you want to stay away from no-stick pans too, because they always need to have some kind of artificial coating in order to prevent sticking, then you heat and consume the “no-stick” unknown ingredient. I don’t care if they say it’s a safer no-stick substance. It isn’t. So I use oil to coat the pan, and the liquid version of Just Egg still ends up sticking. The folded version doesn’t do that so much, so I prefer it. You can easily lift it off with a spatula. But with the liquid one, like half the content just sticks to the pan. Plus the liquid one is in a plastic bottle, and the folded one is in a cardboard container. More eco-friendly. So Just Egg Folded is better than eggs, and better than Just Egg liquid.

They should call them “Just Like Eggs!”
I get horrible stomach pain for hours after eating eggs, I’m not sure why. It stinks because sometimes I just really want eggs. But they aren’t worth the pain. I enjoy a good tofu scramble but, let’s be honest, tofu, no matter how it’s prepared, doesn’t come close to tasting like eggs. These Just Egg plant-based “eggs” are the closest thing I’ve ever eaten that are both vegan AND taste like eggs. The consistency is so close. I really enjoy them with sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Or on an “egg” sandwich. Yum! I definitely recommend you try them whether you are looking for a vegan option or if you are allergic to or can’t eat eggs like me. I don’t even miss eggs anymore.

Great for a quick breakfast
Love these especially when I’m in a rush or just plain too exhausted to make a full meal. But recently I’ve noticed a funny flavor change… ? Or maybe it’s my taste buds

EPIC, MUST-TRY, WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE
My journey from meat-eater to vegetarian, to vegan, has been a progressive one... and I never thought the hardest thing to give up, for me, would be eggs! Yet, that is what I miss the most. These folded eggs are not only a convenient substitute, they are a substitute that is MORE convenient and easy to use than the original. In other words, these folded will scratch your breakfast eggs itch really effectively, but also be super convenient to use. Instead of having to fire up a skillet and fry an egg, for instance, you just pop this in the toaster. What I do now, every morning, is an egg sandwich: — Toast bun and folded egg in toaster — Slather toasted bun with JUST Eggless Mayo (yummy too!) — Cut the toasted folded egg in half across the inside and slip half a Miyoko cheddar slice inside — Stack on the bun and enjoy! — If feeling fancy, add sliced avocado. It's been amazing! So yes, now every few weeks, my big grocery order contains 4x JUST Folded Egg boxes.
