Great book for a healthy life style

A lot of concepts were not new to me in this book but Iโve been on an health and healing journey for several years. Iโve started having mono meals at least a few time a week. Although different than how he defines it in this book. I believe it to be one fruit at a time not a combination. However I love the idea of doing this periodically throughout the year for week at a time to give digestion a break a clean out lymph.
