Nausea relief
The Sea-Bands work surprisingly well for nausea. They’re easy to wear, comfortable, and a great non-medication option for travel or motion sickness. I like that they’re reusable and small enough to keep on hand when needed. Definitely helpful when you want something simple and natural. Overall: effective, convenient, and worth having.

Long lasting relief
Best motion sickness help ever. Just put a little flesh colored circle behind the ear and I had no trouble on our cruise. It lasted longer than the Dramamine pills I use for shorter day trips. This also worked for disconnects I experience in some video games. For the video game motion sickness it only hold for 3 hours and then it all caught up with me. So no base building in Enshrouded for me :(

3D gaming nausea: GONE! I don't care why it works!
TL;DR - these cured my nausea from 3D games. I've been a gamer all my life. I grew up loving 3D games, but as I grew into adulthood I slowly developed nausea when playing or even watching 3D video games. It finally got so bad I stopped playing 3D, and for years I limited myself to side scrollers. Then Skyrim came, and obviously nothing would stop me from playing it. I couldn't play more than 10 minutes without being overwhelmed by the nausea: flushed hot face, pressure in the stomach, abs clenching. Day after day I pushed myself a little further each time (more than once unintentionally causing myself to actually vomit), until finally I could play for a full hour before retreating in agony to lay down and breathe slowly. It may sound like hell to anyone reading this, but if you too love Skyrim then you understand my sacrifice. Flash forward to a few weeks ago: I started Elder Scrolls Online. Then a friend recommended Sea-Band to me. When I saw it on Amazon I thought it looked pretty fake. But I decided to try it. I don't know how to put into words the feeling I had for those first minutes of playing while wearing the Sea-Band wristbands. It was surreal, I was kind of in disbelief. The nausea was completely gone. I cautiously continued playing and felt fine, but I stopped myself after 30 minutes because I was afraid maybe the nausea was somehow delayed and would catch up to me, but it didn't. The next day I played for an hour. And the next day more. I finally accepted that I can now play as long as I want, just like in childhood. I waited weeks to write this review. I thought maybe the effect was a placebo that would wear off in time. Well, it hasn't lost its effectiveness one bit. I start up my game every night, and as it loads I take that time to slip on and adjust the wristbands. I play as much as I want, and when I stop I feel just as comfortable as when I started. I don't get even a hint of nausea. Because of how effective this Sea-Band is, I've been able to start using a technique I've been wishing to try for a long time: moving and looking around independently. This is a really important skill in 3D gaming, but as a kid I couldn't coordinate doing two things at the same time, and as an adult that technique has always made the nausea a million times worse. Now I'm able to use my bow and arrow to shoot at enemies while fleeing backwards. Don't judge! ;) So, thanks Sea-Band for allowing me to spend time in Tamriel without getting sick IRL!

Helped My Parents on a Cruise
I bought these Sea-Band wristbands for my parents before our family cruise, and they ended up being a great choice. Both of them are prone to motion sickness, and I wanted a natural, drug-free option to help them enjoy the trip. They were a little skeptical at first, but after wearing them during the first day at sea, they noticed a real difference—less queasiness and more confidence to enjoy the activities on board. The bands are easy to put on and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. The pressure point does feel a bit odd initially, but they got used to it quickly. The fact that these don’t have any side effects like drowsiness (unlike some medications) was a big plus for them. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re not a magic fix. On rougher days, the bands helped, but didn’t eliminate the nausea completely. I'm not convinced that this is all just a placebo effect, but I'll give the 4 stars anyway lol.

They work.
I bought these as I was going to Antarctica & the Drake Passage is notoriously bad. I also had scopolamine & between the 2 I had no problem. Towards the end of the second day my wrists started itching where the broken pressed & I removed them for a while & noticed a difference in how I felt. Put them back on after 20 minutes & felt better about 20 minutes later. When we were sailing north from the Antarctic Circle we had some rolling & I put the bands back on. I felt better but still not great. Glad I had them as I needed to save the rest of the scopolamine for the return crossing. (“Only 3-4 m seas”)

Good to take the nausea edge off but don’t fully take it away
These bands are super easy to use! they dont push too hard but they give enough pressure to take the edge off, which is nice and ease and safer to have have it cut your circulation off! They are very good quality and the size is just smaller than a normal hair tie. I have some pretty intense morning sickness so i didn’t find these super helpful, but if you’re looking for something to take the edge off these are for you!

Must have for morning sickness!
Great for morning sickness. Works very well. I usually wear about 1-2 hours before I eat dinner (when I’m the most nauseous) and take them off before bed. There’s a little discomfort if you wear them too long but honestly way better than throwing up!

I think they work but fraying for me
Bought these for really bad morning sickness. I think they are working, I have not taken them off since receiving them over 2 weeks ago. I will say it’s not curing it completely and I’m also taking other supplements but I am keeping them on. The only star off is for the way they collect lint and are fraying so much. I really like them so I’m sad to see them falling apart so soon, but I’ll keep them on as long as I need to!
