From the author of journal Zen as F*ck, Monica Sweeney gives the gift of letting go with this journal for leaving your bullsh*t behind and creating a happy life. Harboring grudges and plotting revenge takes a lot of energy. While the wait for one true moment of schadenfreude sounds oh so sweet, true bliss can be found in simply not giving a f*ck. DC Book recommendation- Let That Sh*t Go by Monica Sweeney
Looking for a workbook that kicks societal judgments. It also helps you laugh off your worries? Today’s book is packed with humor and a whole lot of swear words, this workbook is not your average self-help guide. Let us find out. How? At first glance, you might be taken aback by the explicit language and unconventional approach, but trust me, it’s exactly what you need. Tired of feeling weighed down by expectations and self-doubt? This workbook is your ticket to freedom. Use it more like a journal. What sets this workbook apart is its unique blend of humor and genuine insight. Each page is designed to make you chuckle while also encouraging deep reflection. This workbook creates a safe space for you to be unapologetically yourself. But don’t be fooled by its lighthearted tone — this workbook means business. It’s not just about laughing off your problems; it’s about facing them head-on and reclaiming your power. At least this is what I felt. With thought-provoking prompts and meaningful exercises, you’ll find yourself confronting long-held beliefs and making strides toward personal growth. What I love most about this workbook is its ability to shift your perspective. Reading someone else’s swear words might seem obvious, but that is the masala you need by the end of the day. As you work through the pages, you’ll find yourself letting go of judgment — both from others and from yourself. 👉The paperback version can be obtained by spending not more than Rs. 300. The link is provided here: https://amzn.in/d/dp9bfRk👈 The book is raw, it’s real, and hilarious. But more importantly, it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and empowerment. So go ahead, unleash your inner your future self for it will thank you later. Happy reading.

Disappointed
I purchased this with lot of happiness and hoping for something really meaningful to come up this is a terrible journal I feel it is completely completely rubbish.. I don't usually right negative reviews because I don't feel it is kind but this is just not something somebody should put their money into... It is like a diary for a school child to dump their thoughts.. I wanted something which could help with letting go of my suffering pain drama trauma people who goes on us hurt us etc . If anybody is wanting help with whatever I have shared this is something that you should not put your money into my total money has gone wasted

Gimmicky Approach Undermines Genuine Self-Improvement Potential
Let That Sh*t Go" attempts to combine humor with meaningful personal development, but the execution feels more focused on shock value than substantive growth tools. While the irreverent tone initially seems refreshing compared to overly earnest self-help materials, the novelty wears thin quickly and begins to feel gimmicky rather than genuinely helpful. What appealed to me initially was the promise of a no-nonsense approach to letting go of negativity and creating positive change. The concept of using humor to make personal development more accessible has real potential, and there are moments where the casual tone does help normalize difficult emotional work. However, the heavy reliance on profanity feels forced and distracting rather than empowering. Instead of creating a relaxed, authentic atmosphere for self-reflection, the constant crude language becomes a barrier to taking the content seriously. The journal prompts themselves are fairly generic and don't offer unique insights or approaches that justify the edgy branding. The physical quality is adequate with decent paper that handles various pen types, but the overall design lacks the thoughtfulness you'd want in a tool meant for meaningful personal work. The layout feels rushed, and the prompts don't build on each other in ways that create genuine momentum for change. For the price point, there are far better self-reflection journals that offer more substantial guidance and lasting value without relying on shock tactics to maintain interest. Skip this unless you're specifically drawn to the profanity-laden approach - better options exist for genuine personal development work.
