How do you get the color out after the party?

It will eventually dissipate. You can also add chlorine . By the way if your pool is heavily chlorinated the color will dissipate quicker  and lessen the deeper blue.

Will it stain clothes?

Oh my god it can stain anything it touches when not deluted in water. If you get a drop of it directly on your deck or the pool stairs or above the water liner...you've got permanent blue there. Even if you scrub immediately. It may fade somewhat over time. This stuff is potent but you get a lot of blue out of one bottle. I would wager that a single bottle could dye an Olympic size pool.
Despite having stained this and that around the pool this is the stuff I always buy...many times over...you just got to be careful.
I'm testing this now but I have an old above ground pool and the liner finally lost all color and it's just white. I drained the pool...once it was totally dry I took a sponge and spread some of this blue dye on the floor of the liner and then I let it dry for a day. The pool's been full for about a week and a half with chlorine and everything and my pool liner is still starkly blue. This stuff saved an expensive liner replacement. I will say that I had some trial and error in terms of getting a uniform blue dye job. This stuff wasn't meant to be paint. Either way I'm thrilled and I wish I had done the whole liner.

Is this safe to use in a portable acrylic spa without staining?

It will ABSOLUTELY stain anything it touches - especially your pool tile and any rocks/water features.

i loved how blue my pool looked but two days later my pool is a horrible green, this normal after it discolors?

After about three days the blue was gone.   However my pool was its normal color again. Turning green was not l normal.
