Does this have friction modifiers?

All Royal Purple oil has more friction modifiers than any I have every studied. I have a formal printout not done by Royal Purple that shows the friction reducing agent Zinc that is incredible in the other additives in there oil. 51130 is a high quality oil but is not the highest. In our use or the highest zinc use is Royal Purple XPR it is extreme and high Racing Quality. I am not paid from Royal Purple but back up there product 110%

Can you use this in a lawn mower that requires either sae 30 and or sae 10w-30?

Sure, a bit expensive, however I use it in mine.

Is there any reason i should not use this oil on a high performance street bike rarely cruising less than 7k rpms?

Not at all just make sure u use the correct weight oil
