Amazing knives!
Amazing quality. I love everything about these knives. They stay sharp and cut easily through meat. I have difficulty with my hands at times and these make it painless to cut up lots of things at one time. The wood is beautiful. I hand wash them to keep that wood nice. The blades have such a nice look as well as functionality and sturdiness. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amazing quality.

Sharp and cuts like butter
Got these as a gift for my father-in-law and they were super sharp he cut ham woth one of them it cut through the meat like butter. The knives are smaller i was expecting the fatter blade to be larger but it was half the size i was thinking it should have been since i have a full size one like it. Overall very satisfied and so was he.

I know absolutely nothing about chef's knives, but I do know that these are very well made, sharp, perfectly balanced blades. I got them for Christmas and was thrilled. I don't need a massive set of knives, so this 3-piece collection is perfect. I know you can spend hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars on high quality, brand name, professional blades, but quite frankly, those are far more than I need. These look impressive and are just heavy enough; not too light to feel cheap, but not too heavy to be awkward. I highly recommend these knives.
