Perfect Bariatric-Friendly Treat That Actually Tastes Amazing
Perfect Bariatric-Friendly Treat That Actually Tastes Amazing I purchased these Quest Nutrition Peanut Butter Cups as a little treat for myself after bariatric surgery, and I am honestly so glad I did. Finding something that feels indulgent and fits into a post-op lifestyle is not easy—but these absolutely deliver. First, let’s talk about taste, because that’s what matters most with a “treat.” These are delicious. The chocolate flavor is rich and satisfying without tasting fake or overly chemical, and the peanut butter filling is creamy, smooth, and flavorful. It genuinely feels like I’m eating a real candy treat, not a “diet substitute,” which is huge when you’re adjusting to a new way of eating. Second, they are very bariatric-friendly. The portion size is perfect—small enough to enjoy without overdoing it, but satisfying enough that I don’t feel deprived. They sit well, don’t feel heavy, and don’t cause any discomfort for me post-op. The texture is soft and easy to eat, which is incredibly important after surgery when hard or gritty foods can be a problem. I also really appreciate that they help curb sweet cravings without sending me down a sugar spiral. When you’re post-bariatric, mental satisfaction matters just as much as nutrition, and these help me feel like I can still enjoy food instead of constantly saying “no” to myself. Another bonus: they feel like a normal treat. I can have one after dinner or as a small reward and feel completely satisfied. No weird aftertaste, no chalky protein flavor, and no regret afterward. Overall, these peanut butter cups have become a go-to staple for me. If you’re bariatric, low-carb, watching sugar, or just looking for a better-for-you sweet that still tastes great, I highly recommend them. Great taste, great texture, and a huge win for post-bariatric life. I will absolutely be buying these again.

My favorite quest product
My favorite quest product of all time! The dorito-style protein chips are good too, but these are amazing. I cant live without these now. When I dont have time to eat lunch at work, I have a pack of these and a banana and im full for the rest of my work day. Plus they genuinely taste like peanut butter cups and not a protein product imitation. They are higher in fat anf calories than other quest products, but thats not bad imo since it is still a peanut butter cup. But the sugar and carbs in these are so low that its worth it.

Protein goal friendly
I get these all the time now ( at Walmart or Amazon ) and I love them! Helps me hit my protein goals and satisfy my sweet tooth! Definitely give it a try! The peanut butter on the inside is not super creamy but not dry as well. Two peices in a pack. Worth the buy for the extra protein and helping maintain my goals!

Bomb AF... Keep Cold
Some how WAY BETTER than Resee's... if refrigerated, its even better. At first it gives the odd protein flavor chocolate, but it actually pares well with the peanut butter. When melting it actually tastes 5/10. Chocolate melts but the inner is still densely soft. The colder it is, the better the two pair.

A bit of protein and a lot of sweet.
Personally I didn't care much for these, but as a protein option versus regular candy it at least offers 11 grams per serving (2 PB cups). They do taste almost like the brand name, except for the smoother consistency of the PB and the aftertaste that comes with protein products, but what turned me off was how sweeeeeeeet they are, it was almost too much even washing it down with milk. I guess if you're really craving the sweetness this would kick it, but it was too much for me.

Delicious but not necessarily keto.
When it comes to sugar, substitute snacks this is a very rich opportunity to feel good on a low-carb diet. They taste just as good as Reese‘s peanut butter cups, and I don’t feel any sugar substitute after taste of any kind, I don’t think anybody would know if you gave it to them without saying that it was actually sugar-free, on the other hand, I have heard people say that Quest may not necessarily make products that are always going to be keto, so you need to be aware of that, because Being low-carb and being keto are not the same

Who Needs Reese's?!!!
As a diabetic, Quest brand products are my go-to for a snack. Before I discovered I had Type 2 diabetes, my favorite "sweet treat" was Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. After being diagnosed, I bemoaned the fact that I could no longer enjoy them. But my husband found these and learned the history of the founder, and he thought I might be able to indulge. He was right. No sugar spike after eating! And they taste so very good! The texture is smooth, the peanut butter is fresh, and they don't melt very fast when you're holding them in your hands. Size-wise, they are very similar to a Reese's peanut butter cup, and I no longer feel deprived! I treat myself once in a while, and always have them on-hand.

Great for Diabetics
These peanut butter cups are so good! One satisfied my candy craving, but TWO are considered a serving! Did not spike my blood sugar. Will definitely buy again!!

a really tasty alternative to the big brand
if you want less sugar and more protein - these are a great snack. you can tell the difference between these and the big brand but the taste is fantastic for the protein and lower sugar these are a perfect option. they give me a little extra protein on a work day in the heat and i don't feel like i'm eating 'junk'

Excelente opción fit
Deliciosos, los conocí por un amigo de USA y son un gran snack para los que les gusta lo dulce, claro que no sabe cómo Reese's pero sigue sabiendo bien.

Crazy pricing!
Taste is ok. But now over $5 per pack - which is daylight robbery! Money grubbing to the point of self sabotage! Buy Reeces (half price) or for $60 you could literally make your own with the best ingredients money can buy! Healthier, tastier and more nutritious!
