Very dissapointing.
Let me kick this review off with a very clear message. THIS IS NOT A DAC/AMP COMBO LIKE ADVERTISED!!!!Ok now that that's out of the way. Where do I begin. The software that comes along with EPOS is awful, like most of sennheisers software, it has a lot of bugs, the presets never save the microphone options so I constantly have to turn off side tone and change from warm mode to off. Which is incredibly annoying. The sound quality was, marginely different at best. It was a little increase I will admit, but for my headset the PC38x, it was practically useless. It is a very clean unit and is very sleek, so aesthetic wise it is incredibly pleasing. But other than that I wouldn't touch this unless you truly wanted a DAC. But do not fall into the trap that I did in thinking that this is a DAC/AMP.

Bargain Price but Faulty
Was perfect for the price and delivered a little extra juice to my headphones. Sadly the amp sometimes would cut out the sound without warning and other times would shut down after a few days of use. What is more, I paired it up with the same brand's headsets, GSP 600, only for those to be faulty on one side as well. Sadly I will be returning both, despite the quality delivered, the products like most are untested and slip through quality control. I will be looking for other audio brands.

Not worth the money
I think this device totally not worth anything. First about sound it digital 7.2 is crap equlizer useless and the software on PC it useless as you have do all set up every time after turning of pc. I have peared this with epos gsp 600 that cost almost 200 £ and you have just an OK set up. For this money you can get def better

Only good for as long as it works
It's a grat product at what it does - geting that little bit extra out of your headphones that you might not otherwise have had.HOWEVER, it has a tendency to completely fail at random intervals, requiring you to unplug and plug in the thing when this happens, which is as infrequently as once in every two days, but can be much more frequen than this.I've had a lot of this disappointment from Sennheiser over the last few years, most of the products they've developed since 2010 have been significantly underwhelming for the price, and I doubt I'll buy from them again.
