Ask your Dr to do a blood workup first
I have a pituitary issue which leads to low T and high Estrogen (for a guy). I purchased this product after asking my PCP (primary Care Physician) to do a full blood panel to see what my free T and estrogen levels where. Taking this product along with a free testosterone booster, proper diet and minor exercise, along with other supplements (zinc and magnesium) appears to be working well.

Fantastic supplement for PMDD
This supplement is the only thing I’ve found that has helped my severe PMDD. I’ve tried everything, antidepressants, antipsychotics, birth control, you name it. I can’t compare it to other brands really since this is the only one I’ve taken, but this was excellent value for the dosage I wanted and it seems to be good quality. If you’ve got PMDD or other period issues I highly recommend it.
