Great for those isolation workouts.
I read previous reviews mentioned about bands getting stuck and I tried heavy bands and they are able to stay after some stretching. I won't stretch them so far though unless your using a lighter band. The further you stretch it the more resistance so light bands work great and don't really need to use the heavier bands in my opinion. I like that I can now do hamstring curls. As a wrist strap, I can also do my bicep curls with added dumbbell for added resistance. Wish there was a way to use additional bands like the handles.

You may only get to pick one band to use... forever.
Complete flawed design. I put my 70lb (yellow) band in. Used it for some kick backs... and now the head of the band is so low I can’t get it out. Dilemma here is do I use pliers and mess up the 70lb band, or just only have one option associated to this holder and it’s always 70lbs. Super disappointed, I would highly recommend against buying these, at least if you have any plans on using their higher weight resistant bands. See the picture, you see why I can’t get it out.

Not able to use with 100 pound band
Possibly great with a lower weight band but 100 pound band doesn’t work.
