Great product!! You feed less and get better benefits than many feeds on the market. I have found TSC to have the best price, which at $37 a bag is still high, but considering that is a 1 month supply for most horses its actually less expensive to feed than the cheaper per bag feeds Do be aware if you only feed this you will need a multi vitamin/mineral supplement as it does not contain all necessary nutrients.

This is the perfect product for all equine hard-keepers. My 25 year old mare who came from a neglect situation and whose teeth are not in good shape put on a much-needed 150 lbs over 6 mos after adding Renew Gold to her morning and evening feed. The weight is all muscle. This product is highly digestible and highly palatable -- she loves it. A side benefit is that her winter coat came in lush and full. I highly recommend it for any horse who needs extra calories.

Our ranch horses look awesome... some would say the have that show horse coat and shin but they are working cattle ranch horses. Definitely recommended.

I love this product and fed it to four of my horses. It helped with 2 of them for their runny eyes and it helped keep weight on my 20 year old Hanoverian/Oldenburg gelding. However, the price went thru the roof so I changed to Cool Stance and a vitamin/mineral supplement. The Cool Stance by Stance Equine is pure coconut.

dropped weight from my chubby 17 year old horse. he has way more energy. was feeding more grain, now less. he's on grass hay, this product, probiotics, minerals, digestive enzymes, multi, nutritional yeast, kelp and probably something else--occasionally alfalfa pellets.casually trying to up his fat and lower his carb just to see what his body looks like and how is energy is regulated. would like the coconut by itself too just to try.

We were sad to hear that VitaBran Joint Care is no longer being manufactured by Purina. This product worked phenomenal. We have two young daughters who ride horses. We always need them as calm as possible, yet fit and healthy. This particular formula (Renew Gold) amped both horses up, with one even dropping weight (possibly from the boost in energy and metabolism), and both started pacing. My eldest daughter's horse even bucked with her today - a first! This is the only change we have made in their feed, so we have no other choice but to contribute their extreme energy to this product. Hoping, VitaBran is available again soon. :(
