This product is spendy, definitely. I originally bought this item because of all the raves about it being anti-inflammatory. I have arthritis, I bruise easily, and I get bloated after eating. Sounded like the perfect enzymes! I'm glad it worked for other buyers. However, it didn't work for me. I decided to go slow and take only one tablet a day. Good thing I did. After a few days, I noticed that I was getting constipated. Very unusual for me, I pass normal soft "sausages" every morning. However, today was the clincher. I couldn't pass anything, yet there was something hard in there (hence my headline). I was in pain. I managed to remove the hard pellets by hand...won't go into gory details, just that it involves a latex glove well lubricated with vaseline. I gave it a 3 three-star because it apparently works with other people. I just want to warn people who are prone to constipation to avoid this product.
