I was quite surprised by the quality of the components in this system, the care involved in packaging, and the quality of the documentation that accompanied it. I had never heard of Cyberpower until I looked here for a new system. I would suggest that Dell, HP, and other more well-known PC builders could learn a thing or two from Cyberpower. A lot of thought and care went into developing, building, and preparing this PC for shipping. Although I gather components can vary, my motherboard (B460M DS3H AC M) and GTX 1660 Super OC 6G were Gigabyte products and the power supply was APEVIA 600watt. The case, which other reviews describe as generic, is Cooler Master and is loaded with Cooler Master fans. It is remarkably well designed and solid and the lighting, although not something I specifically care about, is rather cool and the glass side shows it off. Everything about this system struck me as very professional. The shipping box and packing were first class and survived 4 days on various UPS trucks over about 2000 miles perfectly intact. The quick start guide was thorough enough for a person completely new to computers and the manuals and driver disks for the motherboard and graphics card were included. Everything worked right out of the box without the need to install drivers. The 8GB RAM is a single Crucial Ballistix 3000 MHz DDR4 DRAM CL15 BL2K8G30C15U4R (RED). Adding another identical board would give you 16 GB dual-channel with 2 slots left. Obviously, this is not the top-of-the-line gaming rig, but it will hold its own as a mid-range system at a very good price. Prices have recently blown up due to the bitcoin bubble driving graphics card prices through the roof and the price of this system here has increased 10% in the 5 days since I placed my order. Because this system was probably built last month and priced when graphics cards were far cheaper, the pre-built system ended up being a bargain compared to buying the components at current prices. The GTX 1660 Super current prices are about 2/3rds of what I paid for the whole system if you can even find that graphics card. I have always built my own systems, but this time, Cyberpower was the way to go after trying to gather the parts myself. Based on some of the mixed reviews here, I was not 100% sure what I was going to get, but I believe Cyberpower hit a home run with this system. I generally buy a few steps down from the top-tier performance machines and this system is fast, well built, and is the sweet spot of performance per dollar. Obviously, the B460 based motherboard is not the latest generation and is limited to current Gen 10 processors and 2666 MHz memory and PCIe 3. But it was still the best deal for now until a lot more generations pass.

Ordered a cyberpower pc from amazon.com for the simple fact that i get 6 months interest free financing for using my amazon CC. the PC was built and shipped by cyberpower so it really comes direct from them. out of the box it works amazing. perfect for Steam games including Beam NG and also for Xbox online gaming such as call of duty warzone. runs all programs with no lag or anything. also the Nvidia control panel that is used for the graphics card will optimize the settings per game. so each game before you enter it, using the Nvidia control panel you can select "optimize" for the best setting. I compared this Pc with other manufacturers such as HP, Dell, and Alienware (now owned by dell) and by a spec by spec basis this PC was much more affordable. I was looking for a GeForce GTX 1660 Super graphics card and nothing less than an intel core i5 chip. also wanted a SSD for the hardrive. And cyberpower came in much less expensive than the competition for the same specs. Also the lighting package is great. it even comes with a remote that you can change colors and speeds of the lights. I didn't know this before buying so this was a huge surprise as my kid loves it. All in all it is an incredible PC, so far its taken everything we threw at it. 100% recommend.

I normally build my own systems, but with the current shortage of GPUs on the market that has lead to massive price gauging, I decided that I would look at a pre-built system and save a little money. I found this system for $799 and really could not believe the price for what it had to offer. Not all the components are what I would have personally chosen, but none of them are bad. They are all quality components. Considering that I got this system for $799 when just the GUP alone that is in this system (Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super) is going for $619 all by itself, well, it is a great deal. To show you just how great of a deal it is, let me lay it all out for you. These prices are at the time of this writing on Newegg. CASE: Cooler Master NR640 = $109.00 MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE B460M DS3H = $ 79.00 CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F = $ 165.00 RAM: Crucial Ballistix DDR4 8 GB = $ 60.00 DRIVE: ADATA Swordfish M.2 500 GB = $ 55.00 GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1660 SUPER = $ 619.00 Grand Total = $1087 So by buying it prebuilt for $799, I save $288 over building it myself. The system itself is very nice. It is a very clean design and visually pleasing to look at. It started up great and runs smoothly. I performed Passmark and UserBenchmark test on it right out of the box and atacched the result images to this review. BOTTOM LINE: This is a really good system for a great price. The Case, CPU, GPU, and RAM are all top of the line components. The M.2 drive and the PSU could be better. But for the money I saved by buying this system prebuilt, I could throw in a Samsung EVO 960 1 TB, a Quality PSU, and another 8 GB of ram and still have money to spare. So it is a great deal for $799. That is the great thing about Desktops, there is always room to upgrade each piece, without having to buy the whole system over again.

I paid $1,090 for this gaming PC, the price should drop back down or even go lower than what I paid for it so I would wait if I were you. Now, that doesnt mean this is a bad PC. Its nice actually. I've had it for a couple weeks now and I have had a really good experience with it so far. BE HOME WHEN THIS PACKAGE ARRIVES! When the package arrived I'm glad that I was home to answer the door because the packaging is not discrete in the slightest. It's a MASSIVE box with a picture of the PC on it and pretty much says "Badass Gaming PC" on the side of it. If I was not home someone would have definitely tried to steal it. Be home when it arrives. Setting this thing up was really simple, just follow the instructions. Also, update the graphics card after you set up the PC. I had issues because I didn't do so right off the bat. The mouse and keyboard that comes with this is pretty basic. There are no programs to download and use to mess with the lights on the mouse and keyboard. The keyboard has lights under the keys but the only color available is white. The mouse only changes color when you change your cursor speed, so you have no real control over its color. Also, the extra keys on the mouse kinda suck, one of them is even dead. I don't know if that just a problem with the one I received or if that is a problem with this mouse in general. Every game I've bought and played so far has given me no trouble, I'm running games on max graphic settings with no issues. Smooth as butter. But I suspect that since we are now in the new generation of gaming, you wont be able to do that with any new AAA game that comes out now. But even so, next gen games should run fine and be playable. Just remember that they might not run so well on max settings. The SSD and Ram are going to have to be upgraded. For sure. 500gb of space just isn't enough to game with since most games now are going to take up to (and most likely over) 100gb of space on your SSD. With the lack of storage space and only 8gb of Ram, right now this PC is way over priced. As I type this, the PC is $1,299 WITHOUT tax. You may get taxed $80 like I was, but the shipping was free I guess. This has only happen two or three times now, but this PC has randomly forced the Gigabyte boot up screen on me while I'm in the middle of playing or doing something. I'm talking it forces itself to reboot for no reason and I have to shut the power completely off and wait a minute for it to load just to get back to my normal desktop. This has started happening a few days ago and I'm trying to figure out a fix right now. I'm still somewhat new to PC gaming so I'm hoping that this is a simple issue I can resolve but you may think differently. Also, this tower pretty much makes no noise whatsoever. This thing has three fans inside (plus a tiny one) and plenty of ventilation and airflow. As long as you keep the inside clean and blow out dust when it builds up, you should have no problem with overheating or wheezing.

Overall, after having for 2 weeks now, Cyberpower put together a great package for gaming. I, like many others, have generally built my own gaming PCs to save a bunch, but Cyberpower have really put something that is truly economical to play any modern game (from the ones I tried) with max settings and still hit a minimum of 60+ FPS for 1080p gaming! My package came within a few days in pristine condition. All I had to do was plug it in and it booted up to Windows, very quickly I might add, due to the solid state drive. Once it was set up, I powered it back down, plugged in my old hard drive (which Cyberpower supplied the SATA cables for) and slotted in my 16gb of ram (it came with 8gb), but as gamers know, you should at least aim for 16gb of ram. I ended up going with 3200MHz ram, since the gigabyte b460 (manufacturer varies) motherboard it comes with caps out at 2666MHz, which allowed me to get the RAM latency down to 14 from 16. I have had zero issues with any hardware or software and it has recognized everything! Also, my setup came with a MSI GTX 1660 Super graphics card , which also just so happened to be the overlocked version, BONUS! There is also more headroom for future (years down the road) GPU upgrades with the EVGA (manufacturer varies) 600w GOLD Power Supply. Lastly, the LED tower, that comes with a remote control to change the lights or turn off, is super well ventilated. It is so spacious in there, that even with the stock cooler on the CPU, under sustained gaming conditions, the CPU hovers around 70c and the GPU doesn't even exceed 70c, while the fan noise (being highly subjective) is barely noticeable at idle and hardly noticeable during gaming with the sounds of the game. I can not comment on the wi-Fi, as I'm plugged in via ethernet, or the mouse/keyboard combo, as I already use my own, but the peripherals will make great backups, keyboard seemed to be LED as well. There is also no cd/dvd rom drive included, you would have to get an external one for this tower, but I haven't used a CD in almost a decade with everything being flash usb drive or downloadable nowadays. I have recommended this package to several of my gaming buddies, as this is beyond entry level gaming, as you can make any game look gorgeous and still with a playable FPS along with safe temperatures and snazzy LED lights and lightning fast loading times at this price point! I was nervous about buying a pre-built gaming PC after a witnessing the poor quality of an Asus ROG Strix GL-10DH purchased from a warehouse club (returned the next day). I've built a half dozen PCs over the years, and am very picky about components. This CyberPowerPC (GXiVR8060A10) completely changed my perspective. Almost everything about this PC impressed me. Just. Wow. 1. The case and amount of ventilation: 4 120MM CoolerMaster fans and ample case airflow 2. Next up - the motherboard wasn't some no-name bottom shelf garbage, it is an MSI B460M PRO-VDH WiFi, with dual M.2 NVMe slots both easily accessible, 4 DIMM slots, and several heatsinks over parts like the VRM and chipset. Very solidly mounted as well - no flex on the motherboard when removing and installing DIMMs 3. GPU - another legit component - Gigabyte Gv-N1660SOC 1660 Super with 2 "windforce" fans, 6GB. In Q4 2020 it's nearly impossible to buy even a good budget GPU, sold out with people reselling at inflated prices. 4. Even the DDR-4 DIMM was decent and had a heat sink. Don't care much about the fact that it was a single 8GB DIMM - ADATA XPG, I upgraded that anyway. While an Intel i5 10th gen like this I5-10400f may not be as sensitive (performance wise) to having 2 DIMMs in dual channel config as a Ryzen 3000 or 5000 series, I'd prefer that CyberPowerPC installed their 8GB as 2x4GB in dual channel config. That's about my only minor complaint 5. Even the 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD was at least a decent model - WD Blue SN550 (you can't expect a Samsung EVO 970 in a sub $1k build) 6. Price. Part of the reason my expectations were low was the ridiculously low price black Friday price I paid for this. I even called a friend and told them "Buy this NOW". The current ~$800 price is still impressive given the quality of components and overall build quality. Did I mention that even the cabling was done very neatly, zip-tied out of sight and not blocking airflow?

I had my reservations about this prebuilt, mostly due to the horror stories I've heard and read about CyberPower and their tech support/customer service, or lack thereof. That's why I chose to buy through Amazon and not through them directly: the return policy. I was also concerned about the total lack of details as to where the parts came from. Not all 1660 Supers are created equal, you know? But when this thing went on sale for ~$650 on Prime Day, I had to have it. Especially since pretty much everyone else was charging $1000+ for rigs with similar or even worse specs, and building my own was out of the question in the current market, where a 1660 Super by itself can run you over $500. Fortunately I was one of the lucky ones. My PC arrived ahead of schedule, unharmed and ready to go right out of the box, with nothing missing or unplugged. The parts list is full of recognizable and reputable names. B460m motherboard from Gigabyte 1660 Super Ventus XS OC from MSI WD Blue SN550 SSD from Western Digital XPG Z1 3000MHz RAM(ironically I bought two 8gb sticks of 3200 Z1 because I knew a RAM upgrade was the first thing I needed to do, and they literally arrived 5 minutes after the PC) I still don't know what the power supply is, since there's a shroud over it that I'm too lazy to take off, but it's working just fine so whatever. The only real "issues" I have are that the CPU cooler is a stock Intel unit, and the graphics card is so big that it's blocking the second SSD slot on the motherboard. But at this point that's kinda like complaining that you don't like the cupholders in your sports car. Now I will say that I did run into a little road block as I was inspecting the PC. There are two thumb screws in the back that hold the glass side panel on, and one of them had some messed up threads that caused it to spin and spin and never come out. Literally had to get a pair of pliers and pull on it while turning to get the threads to bite. Fortunately the other screw was fine and you only need one to keep the panel on. Other than that, absolutely no complaints. It does everything I want it to do, runs fairly cool, has plenty of upgrade headroom and I didn't need to sell a kidney to get it! What's not to like?

Mouse -- CyberPower OEM wired gaming mouse Keyboard -- Cyberpower OEM wired keyboard The price (from Amazon) at the time of purchase was $799, and all things considered, I believe this was actually a very good value for what I'd call a low-to-mid level gaming PC (whether or not others would call it that I don't know). Under normal circumstances, I think I might give this 4 stars, but considering the price point, the included components, and the price of those (or similar) individual components purchased individually, I have to call this a 5 star value. The unit was very well packed. Setup was as simple as pulling it out of the box and turning it on. There was minimal bloatware installed. I was pleasantly surprised to find Gigabyte components, Crucial RAM, and a WD SSD. Those may not be the gamers' favorites, but I really thought I'd be getting bottom tier components in a pre-built at this price. The CyberPower case is, in my opinion, quite nice. It's roomy. It seems to have excellent airflow. I'm not at all fanatical about cable management, but I'd describe what I got as very neat. My son likes the RGB fans and the glass side which allows him to see inside. Front inputs are limited to 2xUSB and audio input and output, but that meets our needs. The PSU is, unfortunately, a figurative and literal black box. I can't find any specs or identifying features on it. That raises some concern for future upgradeability, but it's doing the job for now. The mouse was surprisingly nice. It's RGB and has (IIRC) 7 programmable buttons. My son is using his wireless Razer gaming mouse with this new PC, but he's using the CyberPower mouse with his gaming laptop now, and he likes it. It has developed a squeak after just a few days of use, though. They keyboard, IMO, is junk. It's huge. It's clunky. The white backlighting just makes it hard to read keys. However, my son actually likes it for gaming, describing it as "solid". I told him we could get him a better keyboard, but he says he's fine with it, so maybe beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The decision to use 1 stick of 8 GB RAM is unfortunate. Using 2x4 seems like it would have been much more sensible. Performance was certainly hampered by not being able to take advantage of dual channel. We added a second 8 GB PC3000 stick ourselves, adding about $40 to our overall cost. The WD NVMe SSD isn't blazing fast as NVMe drives go, but compared to a spinning HDD, it's white lightning. The 500 GB size is adequate, although I've explained to my son that he may want to add a larger HDD if he winds up wanting to install a lot of games and save a lot of data. Straight out of the box, 3DMark Time Spy score was 5903 (5886 graphics, 6006 CPU). Adding the second stick of RAM raised the Time Spy CPU score to just over 7100. The GTX 1660 Super seems to have pretty good OCing potential. The card has so far stayed cool regardless of how high we OC, although we haven't really been aggressive so far. The best we've achieved is a Time SPY graphics score of a bit over 6300. So far, my son is primarily using this rig to play and stream Fortnite (and some other games whose names I don't recall). While streaming, he's able to keep his Fortnite FPS > 100 on 1080p Ultra settings, which seems to make him happy. A little more context: My son asked for a gaming PC for Christmas. Many years ago (like, > 15) I used to enjoy building and OCing PCs. I didn't play games, really. I just liked building PCs and seeing how far I could stretch their performance. As such, I really tend to look down on pre-built machines, particularly the mass made (as opposed to made-to-order) pre-builts. So, I picked my price point, found the components with MSRP which best fit that price point, and started shopping -- this was in early December 2020. I was pretty unhappy to find that decent GPUs were impossible to find at anywhere near MSRP, and the Ryzen CPU (and similar stable mates) were also impossible to find near MSRP. They were only available from resellers who were jacking the price up to 2x or more the MSRP, completely blowing my budget. I started trying to cut corners -- maybe a smaller and slower hard drive, maybe a worse case, maybe drop the PSU to minimum specs -- but eventually still had to start making CPU and GPU sacrifices. I had alerts set all over but just wasn't find the components I wanted in stock at retail prices. One day, while doing a search on Amazon, hoping the GPU I was settling for, would be available at MSRP of ~$229 rather than the $400 to $550 I was seeing for it, when I actually paid a little attention to the pre-builts that appeared in my search. Most seemed quite overpriced, but this CyberPower unit caught my eye, and I quickly concluded I could not buy the individual components for this machine at or below the total unit cost (again, due to scarce supply and price gouging). As I've already said, I expected to get sub-par components, but the only components that I'm not really entirely satisfied with are the clunky keyboard, the black box PSU, the single stick of RAM, and the mouse, which is actually quite nice if we can fix the squeak. So, very long story short, being able to get this level of PC, at the ~$800 price range, in December of 2020, was sort of a Christmas miracle. We actually gave a little thought to buying a cheap GPU, using it, selling the GTX 1660 Super at the vastly inflated prices, and waiting for GPU supply to rebound so we could get a good card at a fair price. However, since it's not clear if or when the GPU supply will rebound, we decided to just be happy with what we had.
