Are these safe for dogs to chew/play with? Also is it light pink, or florescent pink?

Certainly! I got these for my dog (she's a little girl, so pink).

Is this listing for a single can or a case of 12? Asking because quantities for both are listed in description "3 balls per can" "12 can case."

This listing is for one can of three balls.
