Phase 1 always looked better than phase 2. And out of all my figures, this one looks the best looking by far. He’s looks absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to pose him but he looks so good it almost doesn’t matter.

After getting the updated Stormtrooper earlier this year, I was really hoping the phase I trooper will be the same. Unfortunately this figure is really boring. There's nothing special about it, other than the pinless joints and double neck articulation. Unlike the stormie, the helmet and shoulder pads are matte and even the body isn't shinny enough. It also lacks paint. There's no detail on the back, nothing. So yeah, I think they really rushed this one.

The figure has great articulation and it feels solid to the touch, the DC-15S and DC-15A accessories look amazing too!Two gripes I have are that I'm scared the rubber straps and shoulder pads will be ruined by too much movement and that not all of the figure has shininess on it. Other than that it's a must have.
