Carpro is always conservative in their claims. As for cheaper options you refer to, on paper a lot of claims can be made but are they backed by real life tests? If you are asking flashing time after application its about 2-3 minutes based on temperature. The product comes with instruction booklet explaining all steps and waiting time also. More information available on DIY videos on youtube and many forums also. Its very easy to apply and wipe. You can wipe immediately also or wait 2-3 minutes, no issues.
