Hair Dryer Heat Shield (Black)

I use this for my roller sets and it works great.No burnt ears!

Great product. Although I did not want to pay $40 for the product. However, it does do its job. Would I sit underneath the dryer for 2 hours? I have a protected neck and a protected forehead. That's very nice!! Easy to use. Sometimes the velcro snatches on my locks so it would be nice to have a little button and Price point is a little high

Pro: 100% shields your face from the hot air from the hooded dryer. Good quality I’ve had mine for going on 5 years now. Con: the Velcro sucks so I have to keep snapping it back on which is super annoying. They need a stronger Velcro or use something else to secure it. I love the idea and I would have bought something else just like it if I found one with a better Velcro or something else to secure it.

This product does exactly what it advertises. I am able to comfortably sit under my dryer for long periods of time with the heat shield on. My ears, neck and face were completly protected and shielded away from the high heat. It's a little expensive, but I feel it's worth the money. I'm happy with my purchase.

So I like this, it really works and keeps the heat off my face and neck so I can stay under my soft bonnet dryer longer. HOWEVER, it’s too small for me. Maybe I’m just a big head. But I wish the soft part of the Velcro was extended beyond shield or that the shield itself had a larger circumference. Even when I only overlap the Velcro just enough to keep it on, it’s too tight on my head and hurts after an hour under the dryer. I’m gonna sew a strap of soft Velcro onto mine to extend it and then it’ll be perfect. If you have a smaller head you’ll be fine but for us big headed ladies with the fat grey matter, just know it’ll probably be too tight on your head. As you can see from the photo, it’s still a few inches too short for my head.

Disappointed the item had animal or human hair on it.

I have a standing steamer. but it gets hot and drips which means i have to wrap my shoulders, ears and lap with a million towels in order to protect myself. with this item i only need one towel over my shoulders ( cause i was scared) and it worked perfectly. my ears didnt even get warm. however i had to flip it over to the shiny side so that the water droplet would just slide off. totally worth it and i would buy again. probably wont need to though since they are very well made.
