I use these to replace the original tips that were on my Xerstrider Nordic walking sticks. The original ones lasted at least 5 years of daily use. I have purchased others that don’t even last a year before they wear down to the metal. I have high hopes for these!

Cute, secure grips
I have Parkinson's. My PT recommended I switch from a can to walking sticks for better posture and balance. I saw the cute little boots recommended for balance because the sort of rock with you on a step instead of a flat bottomed tip cup. They do work great for balance and are so cute. I great lots of cool comments. :)

Boot tips were replacements that were cracked on my ExerStrider -- they were a perfect fit.

Boots for Fit for Life Poles
These were more like the original tips that came with my poles but should have been 2 pairs in the package but only received 1 pair for the $44.00 so sent them back. I since picked up a pair in Ottawa but may think later about ordering these again later and at least you get two pair. It is hard to get these tips in my home town but if gotten the full 2 pair would have kept them and give them a 5 star.
