Incredible Flavor and Texture
Took these on a backpacking trip and they did NOT disappoint. Wow. Maybe the best freeze dried food I've ever had!

Best eggs
I have several different types of powdered eggs. These are by far the ones that cook up and taste like real eggs. I plan on buying more.

Tastes Great But Pricey
These are the best tasting powdered eggs, hands down. They mix easily and cook right up. I love that they do not add anything to the product besides eggs. I only wish that either the price was more affordable, or there were more product in each bag. The bag says that it makes 5 servings, but they are calling 1 egg a serving (2 TBSP). So this bag makes only 5 eggs, for about $10. That's $2 an egg. Most people eat more than 1 egg at a time. So this is a really great product, but it just is too expensive for me to use on a normal basis. I do, however, love to use it for camping or in our emergency Go Bags. In those cases, the small size makes it convenient for travel.

Very expensive for the amount of products you can make
The eggs tasted good however there is such a small amount of egg powder. I donโt think that the cost makes it a very goodbye.

Tasty!
Good food. Used for DIY backpacking meals like breakfast burritos. Tastes just like an egg. Not weird. No funky smell. Will use again.

Perfect for camping, makes a lot more than you would think.
We loved this, my wife and I got about two meals out of one package while backpacking. Super easy to just pour boiling water into and mix. We added ours to some dried hash browns, chopped up some summer sausage, added some packages of salsa, a little seasoning, and threw it onto a breakfast taco. By far the best back country breakfast I have ever had.

No more nasty store eggs for me
I love eggs but recently, the quality of eggs at the supermarket have been terrible. Constantly getting eggs with spots of blood in it or discolored. Organic eggs are expensive as heck, plus they don't travel well when I go camping. I've always shied away from powdered eggs because of the swill they serve at some restaurant buffets. These eggs taste like the real thing. I also add a little butter and they are great. I only use real eggs for recipes...for now.

Best dehydrated egg Iโve ever had
Most rehydrated eggs are disgusting. The texture can be goopy and borderline inedible. These eggs prepared properly came out excellent. A bit expensive but worth it for backcountry eggs that taste good. Highly recommend!
