Way better than a regular flow meter, and some companies won’t allow the modified oxygen regulators or high flow meters, so this is perfect. Puts out just as much if not more pressure. Well worth the money. I used my grandfathers for a year before it was stolen along with my box filled to the brim with tools and welding stuff a couple months ago. I will be buying a new one ASAP. Definitely recommend
