Do you have to assemble?

Very minimal assembly is required.

Could I put this outside in my sons wood play house? If it got wet from rain would it be okay?

The First Oven is not waterproof so you would need to be cautious of where you place it outside.

Oven door won’t stay closed what can i do?

We are sorry to hear that the oven door won't stay closed, please contact Little Tikes at 1-800-321-0183 so we can assist you. Thank you!

Is there any other sets i can get to go with this? Like extra food she can "make" with this?

You could certainly purchase extra food from the Little Tikes Replacement Parts web site, food items that would go with other products.
