They are disposable, and as for one end is like an endless screw, it would be difficult (not sanitary) to clean (and disinfect) it. The other side, the one like a spoon, should be even washable.

So i just bought this and already have a question. after i do my first scoop filled with wax, how do i scoop a second time? wash it again first?

Dont stick a q-tip in your ear but they are great for cleaning the scoop

Can you do this on yourself? Or do you need someone else to clean out your ears with these?

I use them myself. As always dont push them in too far. My ears make more wax than normal so these work great. you can rinse them clean with warm water when you are done.

Are these adults or only kids?

I do not recommend this product, does not work well and is uncharitable to use. Definitely not for kids. I would not reorder this product
