How often do you change the brush?

You shouldn't have to replace it every 2 months. I would just dip it out n bleach water and rinse thoroughly. Mold problem solved!

Should this be used daily or only a few times a week?

Daily is fine. The nubs are very soft.

What is the size of the brush?

It’s pretty small. 3x3 but a good size for the face

How well does this perform on those with delicate/sensitive skin?

It performs very well on my acne prone skin.
