I’m only just starting to read this but it seems easy to understand and informative regarding the chakras, it’s nice & small so I can pop it in my man bag & read it in the park.Very informative read so far 😇

Lovely little book. Well written and straight forward. Not filled with the usually waffle you get with a lot of New Age self help books. Contains pretty much all the info you need to get your journey started. I especially like the guided activations following each Chakra section. Only thing missing really was a combined chart so you could see all the correlations of Locations, Colours, Oils, and Chants etc next to each other rather than having to refer to the sections on individual Chakras.

Informative little good to accompany a yoga course on chakras I'm attending.
