this is the best holder for my husbands flip phone. He is pleases with it. It do fit like a glove so have patience sliding phone into holder. Once it is done you do not have to take phone out of the holder to use. Even for an older person like us it is easy.

This is the 2nd holster I've ordered for my XV... The first one, the snap 'pulled' thru the leather but still protected my phone. Finally the plastic straps broke after probably 3 years or so, therefore I ordered another. Quick shipping, but the holster is REALLY tight. The bottom was tight, but the top was nearly impossible to get over the lid. It's on as of now, so it's protected. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been such a struggle to install the case. Doesn't exactly line up like the first one did... Will update if needed.

So, bought this for my husband's new Kyocera DuraXV Extreme. He is a basic phone user, a smartphone would be a waste of money, as even this DuraXV is pretty much a paperweight 99% of the time. But, I bought a cover anyway because even though it doesn't see much use at all, I might as well keep it looking good for as long as possible. After all, these things still cost about $250. But, as far as a basic phone case is concerned, this will do what it's supposed to do. Pretty much identical to the case that he had on the old Casio GZ'one Ravine he had... slides down into the lower part, which has the clear plastic on the front, and then the upper part slides down onto the screen part and has plastic on the front there too. Absolutely nothing fancy, just something to keep things from getting all scratched up, if it's prone to being rattled around in places. Installation is simple: unsnap the top from the bottom, then slide the 2 halves onto the phone. They ARE snug, so just work with it a bit, don't get all bent out of the frame because it's a little difficult. The end result will be better in the long run. --Mary H.

This is a very durable case, but really tight putting on. The best thing to do, is warm it up in your hands a little, and take your time stretching it over your phone, or it will split.

Absolute junk. Didn't last even 4 months before it disintegrated. Plastic sleeve broke at every joint, completely unuseable. This was not roughly handled and it's terribly disappointing to see it break so soon. Don't waste your money! I'd have given zero stars if I would have had that option.
